Another busy weekend in the kitchens

Marshmallow Fondant Splats (GF)

This cake was for my neighbour's son who is into paintball so she wanted a cake with splats of paint all over it I think we covered that request!

60th Birthday for Brenda!

This is a 9x13 Lemon Cake
Raspberry and Lemon Cream filler
Topped with Vanilla Cream Cheese frosting
decorated with small white fondant flowers and green leaves.

We found Nemo!

9" round cake with Nemo "painted" on.  Buttercream Nemo and accents.

Great time for a pig roast!

Structured cake covered with fondant.  Ears and tail are fondant.  Cupcakes used for snout and feet.

Busy Weekend in the Kitchens!

Below are some cakes and cupcakes we made this weekend.

An 11x15 sheet cake with vanilla buttercream, black buttercream borders and font with fondant accents.

Cupcakes with buttercream icing.  Both white and chocolate cake.  Green fondant accents and premium liners for a more formal look.  Jumbo white cupcake with buttercream for the bride and groom to share for "cake cutting" ceremony.

Animal Farm cake.  12" base covered with buttercream and fondant.  Fondant accents.  Barn is made from Rice Krispie treats.

2-tier 40th anniversary cake (the Ruby anniversary).  12" round base with 8" square top.  Both covered with buttercream and fondant with buttercream accents and ribbon.
